As first time home buyers my husband and I didn't really have any idea where to start. So we started driving around neighborhoods near us to see what kind of homes and neighborhoods we liked. We found a lot and we took lots of pictures of "For Sale" signs. The CC Sells signs were everywhere, so we decided we would go by her office to see if she could help us.
When we arrived, unannounced, at the CC Sells office they were in the middle of taking new Chris Cormack "CC". I didn't realize she had other people working for her, but we were greeted, and given a run down of how the process would work by one person and told they had the perfect person for us to work with on his way in. We knew how much we could afford to pay on a monthly basis, but we didn't know what that would mean as far as a mortgage or anything else. I was still confused and not sure if I was ready to bolt to the next office when Chris Gabriella arrived and immediately put us at ease. Chris was professional, but approachable and REAL. I think that was the most important part through the process with him. He told you like it was, answering questions and listening to what we told him.
He was always available, by either phone, text or e-mail... day or night (and he'll tell you preferably anytime but morning). My three year old daughter got so used to us dragging Chris around to houses on a daily basis, that if a day went by without him, she would ask why we weren't seeing him that day. Honestly, we had been fighting taking the home buying plunge for years and I think it only happened this time, because Chris lent us his experience and referred us to other reliable resources that he uses on a regular basis.
I would recommend working with Chris Gabriella at CC Sells Realty to any new home buyers who want someone experienced, but not completely full of themselves or pushing you into something you're not comfortable with.
