I knew the owner for a little while, we used to attend the same business meetings. They did an extremely professional job. We needed them in the beginning when it hadn’t been done before, so they did a good job. It was less than $200.  The price was fair, it was good. They’re top-notch, professional, very conscientious with handling the property inside and the guys are very quick.

I was not pleased with the rust stain that was created from the sofa bed rail after the cleaning. I had asked about raising the couch so that air could flow underneath to help the rug dry but I was told it didn't need to be raised. When I moved the couch 2 days later, there was a 3 foot long rust stain on the rug. The company sent cleaners to remove the rust the following week.

They work was very satisfactory, it was miraculous actually. They also use shoe coverings when working to keep your carpet from getting dirty as well as provided us shoe coverings so that we did not get our carpets dirty. I would definitely use them again.

OUTSTANDING! Alonzo was able to remove set-in stains that no one else could! Our carpets look so much better that we didn't need to get new carpet! He came back the next day to retouch some of the stains that were persistent - I've never had such fabulous service or commitment to do the very best. You will not find better, or more reasonably priced (and we've used other well-regarded companies too) - HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Fantastic job, best carpet cleaning I've ever had, and I have pets. Tons of old cat urine stains gone, no odor. Men were very, very professional, genial, wore sharp uniforms. Loved them!

We were pleased with them. They were polite and I felt comfortable with them in my home. They did a good job on the carpet. They offered to do the area that went into the bedrooms from the hallway and really went above and beyond with the service.

Their customer service was exceptional. I am getting ready to call them again. You can't ask for anybody better than them. They went way, way out of their way to solve a problem that I had here with a furnace that was affecting the carpet. They tested the air quality in my home.

Scheduling the cleaning was a breeze. They handled schedule changes on my part very well. Staff that did the job called in advance to let me know when they would arrive, were courteous, knowledgable and did a great job. They did leave a tool behind and there has been multiple calls between company and me to arrange pickup. That is the only reason that I gave them a "B" in professionalism. With this minor exception, I definitely plan to use them in the future and would highly recommend their services.
