Despite hitting bizarre roadblocks, such as a seemingly incompetent appraiser, who
deemed our large, modern, covered patio in excellent condition to have a value
of NEGATIVE $9000 (she actually lowered the appraised value of the house due to
the patio!); Kevin acted as a highly composed and rational mediator as well as
negotiator.

Kevin displayed a great ability to understand the psychological component of the
process. For example, when settlement was delayed due to issues associated with
the buyers getting loan approval, he counselled us to avoid panicking and
legally voiding the contract- ultimately his judgement proved correct when we
reached settlement successfully.

Kevin has great knowledge of the legalities of real estate as well as a teacher like
ability to simplify jargon and complex concepts, hence alleviating seller's
concerns.

Finally, Kevin offers his services for an attractive commission, which allows sellers a
superior financial outcome to all other realtors that I am aware of.
