Everything was explained to me in detail without any pressure to get unnecessary work done, and the attitude was professional and courteous. I'm happy with the service and expect to use them regularly from now on.

The brakes were to be replaced as recommended at last service the parts were there because an appt was made completed in 4 hrs

This is a wonderful auto repair shop. They do it all. Repairs, tires, state inspections, exhaust inspections. Whenever I have my oil changed, they automatically check out all the other systems in care and then let me know if anything odd appears, or if they recommend any other services. Always, always tells me how much it's going to cost and if it's going to cost more, they will call me to let me decide if I want to have it done at all. Being a woman, I do not feel taken advantage of or made to feel dumb. That is a biggie in my book.

As always they were thorough, courteous, and timely with their repair. The called us when the service was complete.

I took my truck in to have the rear view mirror glued back on as I was on my way to to a job interview in DC. The mechanic who helped me handled the glue job quickly and I was on my way, although they were joking that I could have done it myself (which I would have, had I not been dressed for work). Altogether, they were quick and seemed respectable and didn't try to gouge me to put the mirror back on.

I have been using auto solutions for almost 15 years. They know my vehicles and always advise me on repairs needed, the urgency of the repair, and the anticipaded cost. This helps me make the decisions I need to schedule repairs when they are most convenient for me. I had the left fron pads on a minivan wearing faster than the right. They checked the whole weel assembly and replaced the caliper. They diagnosed the problem in the morning, called to advise me, and had the repair completed by afternoon. The cost was reasonable and the car works great.

I stopped by to see if they had time for the inspection. They said just bring it in. The car was done and ready to be picked up in an hour. I really like the service and quality of this auto shop in Leesburg
