Cleaning is adequate, but dust remains under furniture pieces and sometimes the bathroom tile floors don't look like they have been scrubbed. I find dust on the mantel pieces and sometimes it looks like items are not removed from furniture before the dusting is done. However, when I've asked them to do a better job on things, they do try to make us happy and correct the problems. The lead worker is nice, hard-working, and tries to please.
