Terrible. I called at 8am this morning and Lynetta assured me they could get to us today, and said she couldn't access the tech's schedule, but he would call me directly in an hour or two. Fast forward FIVE hours, and still no call. So I called again, and Amy informed me that they couldn't get us in today. I told her our house is below 50 degrees (it is 20 degrees outside), and we have a 1-year old, and she wouldn't help me. Why in the world would they not call me to at least give me the courtesy to find another company?? Terribly rude and disrespectful.

The guys came out and explained that we have a leak. We paid for the freon to be filled first as it was late in the day and the leak coudn't be fixed at that time. We then scheduled an appointment right then for the technician to come out the following week. He wrote down exact $amounts and explained what would have to be done. The guy came out promptly the next week, found the leak quickly, showed us and told us how he he would fix it. Let us know it would be the price he previously gave. We accepted, work was done quickly and efficiently and he went ahead and topped off the freon since it had leaked a little bit.

Adrian was great.  I called on a Sunday morning when my furnace died. M.E. Flow was my first call and they were booked and couldn't be bothered.  He was there in an hour and luckily had a similar used part with him from a previous job. Otherwise, we would have had to wait until Monday for a new part and I would have run the risk of having the pipes freezing. It took some time to get the new one fitted in and he didn't charge me much for the labor.  Overall, I'll definitely call him when it's time to replace the whole unit.

Very responsive (same day) and professional. Emergency Heat was not working. Adrian and his team are great to work with. Adrian stands by his work and makes it right.

The estimate they provided was was between $700 to up to $2700 cheaper than two other estimates I received. The products used and the work performed was on par with the other two estimates as well.

This company is local to Leesburg and does not spent huge dollars advertising and promoting themselves, which I guess keeps the costs much lower. The installers were professional and the install went as planned with no additional expenses. They just seem like an honest local company to work with. The only negative I would say is I had to call several times to get a nailed down install date. I would recommend using this company.

Very happy with Adrian and his crew. They arrived on time and completed the work without any problems.
