Mr. Hussein delivered and handled the situation like a champ!
He arrived early to account for rain and stowing the six suitcases for a timely departure and arrival at airport.
He was very helpful, empathetic and graceful when our relative was delayed with departure from our house.
In spite of weather, delayed departure and baggage handling situation, he ensured our relatives were transported comfortably and safely and had a timely arrival at airport.  We would have been in a bind had they missed their short-haul flight to Miami where they were connecting to their long-haul overseas!!  Well worth the price and owing one to Mr. Hussein :)
Mr. Hussein promptly returns calls and replies to emails when coordinating pick-ups.
Tip: I had called VISA Concierge Service for price comparison, at my elderly relative's behalf, and was amazed that the best they could find was a quote for $190.00 accounting for the "extra, extra" luggage and associated fees
Tip: he also provides late-night return transportation from Northern Virginia-Inside the Beltway nightclubs - a situation we've managed to avoid :)
Tip: do exercise caution when considering hoping in private taxi's that troll Reagan National late night - I had one guy, who not only had me wait as he dropped two other fares en route to Woodbridge and overcharge me, that mishandled my luggage and was very short with me when answering my follow-up call!

In this instance, as in every other airport transport for which I've used VA Taxi over the past five years, my family was very satisfied with price, cleanliness of vehicle, courteousness of driver, handling of our luggage and responsive replies to email.
