called  on Saturday and was told to call back Monday morning and they would get to me first thing that morning. they didn't come until after 5. I got charged for an after hour call. They sad I had a bad control and they sad it was fixed. still had problems call other service company, they informed me it was a bad door button and was fixed for only $60

The guy seemed knowledgeable, sit on that bucket way too much. then his service van leaked oil all in my driveway.

called before and service was always good until now.guy was new so he was very slow and had to keep calling and asking what to do. Had a 2nt guy come help he was unsure said guy that come last time quit with half the guys and there is now a new owner.  found about 5 things  wrong or they where part changing unit they got it to work

Took time to check and fine the problem and replaced a part. Also did yearly check. Second time used. Is a vacation home.

During a very cold few days our heat stopped working. Starnes was responsive and came the same day despite a very high call volume because of the weather. The tech diagnosed the problem as two burned out fuse links. Although they did not have the part on hand, it was ordered and replaced when it came in. He did not try to sell me on any unnecessary service. The heat is working just fine now. I have used Starnes on several occassions and have always been satisfied with the service.

Starnes was the only company that said they could do a normal system (much less costly), and although they told me this was the hardest installation they had ever done, it was completed in a timely manner, with excellent workmanship, and I didn't pay a dollar more than the quote.

They're good.

Guy said there where a new owner and most the good  mechanic left ,there is a lot of new guys

We have been using them for the past 8 years.  They also replaced our heat pump last year with a refurbished unit and that saved us from buying a new one. We will continue to use them again.  Their pricing is in line with other companies.
