Flooring
Aftet attempting to steer us away from our original choice and charging 9% more than his quote, the floors turned out well. That being said, Steve Ray is the most unprofessional person we have ever encountered. He was threatening, rude and all in all an unpleasant person the deal with. Left details unfinished and when we inquired about those items being finished, he replied with "I'm tired of this s***" and then later talked about "stomping" our a$$ Steer clear of this grump
