Promptness and delivery went well.  Installation went well.  Round tip rung off one shade about  a year after installation and had to be replaced.  I contacted Graber, the make of blind we were led to believe we were receiving and the representative conformed these pull down blinds were not Graber.  More round tips run off two more shades, contacted the Department of Interiors and reported these were not the blinds that was indicated we would get.  The representative I talked to got very defensive and said they never told us they would be Graber blinds. We had to order and pay for the metal tips for the roud prong in order for our shaded to work.  This morning, one of the shaded came totally loose from the wooden dowl as it was being raised.  I repaired the shade myself using glue and a staple gun.

Implied that the shades we would get would be Graber brand. After installation, we notices several oddities with the shades; not rolling up correctly, pulls coming through backside, curling inward on the sides leaving about a two inch gap that made the inside of the house visible from outside after dark. I placed a call to Graber, the gentleman there asked me to check a few different things on the shades to verify that they were their product. He said to look on the backside of the flap for their name, I found no name. He said to pull the shade all the way down to expose the roller. Upon doing that, he asked if their name was on the metal roller? Not only was the roller not metal but wood and did not have their name on it. When informing him of my finding, he said that he hated to inform me, but we had not received what we were led to believe was being installed. He went on to say Graber don't even make a product with wood rollers, their quality was better than that. There is not a brand name on our shades, so a lesson learned has been to thoroughly check out anybody doing business for you in the home. I tried to contact them concerning the matter and was very hastily told that whatever I said was being recorded; defensive attitude would not describe the attitude over the phone to me.
