Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I hired Mr. Edwards to repair my HVAC which caught on fire. Mr. Edwards
stated that the unit had been hit by lightening. He rigged the unit so
that the blower would work and said he had to order the board that
lightening had struck. He had a crew return approximately 30 days later
and put in the new part. The unit ran for 30 days and caught fire
again.
September 10, 2012 I called Mr. Edwards and left three
separate messages on his voice mail which he never returned. I wanted
Mr. Edwards to see what had happened again. and to fix the unit.
Today
a new HVAC repairman came out and stated that the blower motor had
burnt up and it will cost me another $250.00 or more to fix once the
part can be ordered. This repairman also confirmed that the original
damage was caused by lightening.I do not know why the unit caught on
fire again but it once again was a electrical problem I though Mr.
Edwards would be interested to investigate.
I would not recommend using Mr. Edwards since he will not return phone calls.
