EHE's team of professionals handled all of my audio visual needs (complete home theater, security system, full house audio system and complicated flat screen installations with wireless communications). EHE offers the technical capability and product offerings of a larger outfit like Gramophone or Star, but with a higher and much more personal level of customer service. My family has become friends with the EHE folks. If I send a text to the company with a question, I get a call back within minutes (even on weekends) to try to resolve any issues immediately over the phone. If that doesn't do it, they are out right away. EHE prices are very reasonable and they don't try to upsell us on installs and gear we don't need. We have exactly what we want and we use it all the time. Everything works seamlessly. We will be adding more AV capability over time, and we will be using EHE.
