I was immediately impressed with Mike Cartwrights approach to remodeling; he did not want to be paid for anything until the job was complete and I was happy. His work was on schedule and he used craftsmen in all phases of the project. Mike was also always accessible and always on time. Upon finishing the job he noted some stains on the carpeting leading up the stairs and proceeded to bring in a professional carpet cleaning service. Great job and well done.

After contacting Cartwright Construction, Mike Cartwright came to the house to discuss our thoughts and concepts. The first thing I noticed was he listened.  He presented his quote via email and we arranged to meet. Mike let us know up front that he expected no money until the job was complete and we were completely satisfied. Mike functions as a general contractor and subs to all the trades most of which he has been working with for many years. The subs were not only efficient but true craftsmen. As in all remodeling jobs there were changes to the original plan. In every case, Mike was attentive to our needs and courteous with his approach and demeanor. At the end of the job, we noticed some stains on the carpet from the construction traffic. When I mentioned this to Mike he had already arranged for the carpet to be thoroughly cleaned as the last item on the punch list. I can't say enough about his work. He did a great job and we love our new master bath.
