"(removed member name), First we wanted to apologize for the escalation that occured as a result of this situation. We are a quality oriented company who strives to do the very best we can for all of our customers. We are however a COD company (that does not work for Home Warranty Companies) who does expect payment for all services once they are completed. Sadly there are some situations where multiple service visits are necessary to fully diagnose a problem in a system. We are not the type of company who just charges for nothing and leaves your system not functioning. We work very hard to not only find the problem but also to repair the problem. For your situation, we had attempted to contact you to gain authorization for the part that was needed for the repair and payment for earlier service work and was unable to do so. The owner did attempt to calm the situation to find a solution for the scheduling problem (i.e. a key for the property that we would keep on site in our lock box) because we do not work on Saturdays expect for emergencies but he was unable to do so. Sadly as things escalated he did choose to offer that the customer go elsewhere. We are the type of company that if you do not trust us or if you do not like how we handle our services we encourage the customer to find another company that can satisfy and take care of the customer's needs. We again apologize for the inconvience, the stress and distress caused by this situation and by the phone call. We wish you the best of luck on your system. We would also hope that any Angies list customers would please review the entire facts of this situation and take into account our many other positive reviews from loyal, trusting customers.
