Excellent!  He answered the photo himself, he told me how much it would cost, we worked out a date and time (same day!) and he was right on time.  This hardly ever happens in this area. 
His truck was immaculate!  I've never seen a truck that clean, esp. that type of truck!  You could tell he takes great care of his equipment. 
He was polite and answered all my questions.  The whole job took about 1/2 hour. 
I will use him again in 5 years, or if I have any septic problems, I wouldn't hesitate to contact him.  Nice guy.
