EFFICIENT AIR SYSTEMS INC

This was the A/C repair company sent out by our home warranty company.  They are horrible.  They left without resolving our air flow issue the first time, then when they were called back out, it took 4 days to "repair" our blower motor.  This was in the middle of July, in 90 degree heat.  Then, when they reinstalled the motor (finally), they blew a transformer.  It was another week before they could come back out to replace the board that blew, which was ANOTHER week without A.C in July.  THey then wired the board wrong, causing our HEAT to come on.  WHen I called the technician back out, he stated there was "nothing he could find" wrong and asked me to get a second opinion.  A second company came out the next day, found the wiring problem immediately and then found a damaged duct in the attic to improve our air flow.  I wouldn't recommend Efficient Air to anyone and am reporting them to the BBB for terrible service, in addition to dangerous wiring errors.
