Roof work was excellent.....when called back to fix minor problem we were ignored.....

The work was required due to significant hurricane damage--a tree was blown down on the house. This roofer was suggested as being knowledgeable and quite competent which proved to be true. Because of the circumstance, we did not bid the job so cannot evaluate the price in relation to other vendors.
We were advised that weather would have much to do with the start date, but when our time and the weather matched, the crew was on site on time as promised. The workers went about their work most efficiently. Roofing is necessarily a messy and noisy business. This crew was quieter and controlled the mess the best in our experience of five or six times in our lifetime. Their production efficiency was also the best.
Early on, there was a question about exactly how to work-in the special attic venting we wanted. A phone call and a detailed hands-on conference solved the problem. Similarly, when the job was finished, there was a detail that did not look as we expected though there was nothing at all wrong with the workmanship. The matter was addressed promptly and without complaint; a fix was applied which was most satisfactory.
The finished job presents well and we are quite satisfied.
