 + -1 moreThe price was a fraction of other estimates. The work was top-notch. All digging around existing underground utilities was done by hand. I have worked with many equipment operators, and I was very impressed by Mr. Hamm. I believe he could flip a dime with an excavator if he tried.
Description of Work: Replaced a water main from the meter to the house.
