Shane Puller came to fix the A/C, he came without going inside to check the blower or thoroughly checking the unit. He immediately say the unit needs freon and he started to pump freon in until he ran out from the first tank , then he went back to his truck to get another tank but still not enough as he ran out again. That's 5Lbs of freon that costed $385 in material, and another $95 for service/labor. Bottomline is he pumped in the freon without fixing the leaks. A week later, the A/C went back to where it was and was not putting out cool air. We called him to let him know the problem but he said that there is no warranty for his work or the feron he put in the system. He can come out to find the leaks but we have to pay him again for his hourly rate, he quoted it can take as long as 8 hours to find the leaks . In summary, he charged us almost $500 without fixing the problems. NEVER CALL THIS GUY AGAIN!!!
