Lawn Daddy failed to do the work as we agreed. Lawn Daddy took it upon himself to alter work schedules. Lawn Daddy left me with more work to just to correct his errors.
Description of Work: I hired "Lawn Daddy" to do yard clean up. We have a lot of the gumballs from the Sweet Gum trees. I was very specific when I inquired about the estimate for raking our entire lawn and dumping the debris in the woods. Again, I was very specific that they had to be raked up and Lawn Daddy was in full agreement and therefore provided me with an estimate of $150.00. I thought that to be quite fair and we agreed on Tuesday, 2/21 that he would begin work on Saturday 2/25. That same afternoon Lawn Daddy shows up to begin work. Never called ahead to verify if this was ok. He and his helper started raking the front yard. Must have proved to be too labor intensive so he got out his leaf blower. I proceeded to tell him that everything was sttill too wet from the snow and the gum balls were going to be too heavy too blow into a pile. He failed to see my point and continued. Unsuccessfully I may add. Lawn Daddy shows up Wednesday 2/22 while I was not home. Not only did he not rake the yard as agreed, but he took it upon himself to bring his heavy lawn equipment thinking he could blow them into a pile and he could rake them up from there. When I returned home, from my garage I could tell he had been there and from where I was standing I couldn't see any of the lawn debris in question. As I began walking into the back yard, I noticed the gumballs weren't gone. they had been smashed into the wet lawn from the weight of his equipment. ARGH!
