I've had a continuing professional relationship with Kandy for the past couple of years and it has gone very well. WRT to the rentals, she found excellent tenants and has been a wonderful intermediary between tenant and landlord. When I recently purchased a foreclosure as a second rental, she went above and beyond to negotiate with the seller's agent, expedite the financing and help be get it on the rental market. Once there, she was well-informed on the current rental market and she had it rented within a few weeks.
She's more about helping people achieve what they want than making every sale. I would highly recommend her.
