He came to my home and presented himself like that you would hire him, and he called confirmed the date and time he was going to do the work and show up. On the date he did not show up I called him 4 times to see if there was a problem I place 4 calls from 10:15 in the morning until 6:15 in the evening. He did not return 1 call, on Saturday morning my daughter called him on him on her personal phone, and asked for landscaping service, He immediately got back to her and I got on the line to speak with him I asked why he did not show up on the 7th why he did not return my calls on the 7th. He then interrupted me and said that I needed to stop talk talking and he will try and explain why he did not show up and that he did not receive any calls form me to confirm and I said to him he confirmed the date and to only call him back if I needed to change the date.

Ken contacted me right away. He was efficient and they did a great job. Professional. Sent me a picture of the lawn before and after the cut. Would definitely recommend K &E Lawn service !

Service provider was very kind. He showed up and got straight to work. However, he made no move to immediately correct issues identified when he said he was done. Found that worrisome.

I only met and hired Ken over the phone. He was very pleasant to talk with on the phone and made me feel at ease. Ken was quick to respond and is reliable- came right away to begin the project. Thank you K and E for all your help and care!

K & E Lawn Service did a great job. Kenneth was professional and has good communication skills. He always lets us know when he will be on our property.
