We were walked through the process by Steve Graves who is the owner of the company. He is very knowlegeble as are also his foremen. The pool came out beautifully. I noticed how the foreman inspected the work as it was being done and painstakingly made sure it was done right. We had to be very careful about the set-back from the bay waters and this was very well taken care of. As always many choices must be made from choosing the type of tile, coping, and surrounding areas for the pool. Advantages and disadvantages of each choice and the pricing was explained in detail. The location of the filter and heater were carefully chosen for ascetics, function, and sound. We chose to get an automatic cover and it works very well. The routine day to day care was explained to us in a tutorial by one of the employees who was patient with us. We knew nothing about pools. The company has given us a lot of individual attention to taking care of our questions which are many as we never had a pool before. We are very pleased with the pool itself, and all the attention to detail of the employees.

Crew showed up on time and performed the work as contracted.  PVC pipe cracked due to ice during the winter but Sevarg replaced the pipe at no charge since they guarantee that the line would be drained and blown dry.  I have tried 3 other local pool service companies and this is the only reliable company that I have found.
