The list of things that didn't impress me would be a lot smaller than the list of things that did. With that said, we were greeted at the door by a gentleman who was very knowledgeable about his store and guided us to the exact cleaning supplies we needed for our new house. When we were done he brought us over to the young ladies mixing the paints, he explained to them what we were looking for, they quickly found the color we needed, mixed it up and had it ready for us in 10 min. everybody had smiles on and were very professional. My husband inquired about some pallets, since were unloading furniture and they were very happy to help us out by providing two pallets, free of charge. They helped us carry everything out to our truck and WOW, shook our hands and said thank you for our business. This is the first Ace that actually lives up to the advertisement "the helpful place". I recommend this Ace to everybody now.
