The company is very responsive and works hard to make sure they get out to check on problems with a pool within one day. Most years my contact with them is minimal, just purchasing supplies and having them close and open the pool. This year I had a number of problems that happened one after another. All were unrelated and not the fault of the pool company. They made several house calls and made sure to take the time to explain the problems and solutions to me in detail.
