Cleaning was average for price. My issue was her unreliability. Rescheduled several times and the last time she just never showed, never called to explain. Also she posted on another site that should be glad to explain if I contacted her which I already had several times but did so again with no response.

I am the owner of Melissa's Helping Hand, LLC. My business has not been active since late 2019 early 2020 when COVID hit. After the COVID Pandemic impacted my business, I was involved in a car accident that impaired my ability to physically run my business. I honestly do not know who Michelle C. is,... Ashburn VA is quite a distance from me and would have been outside of my working radius had I been in operation in September of 2023. Thank you."

Melissa did a phenomenal job cleaning our house. We have a lot of pets and the house is always sparkling clean after she is done. We are so excited to hire her on a regular basis She does a great job and I highly recommend her.

Melissa did an amazing job with her first cleaning for us and we will use her again on a regular basis. We don't think our house has been this clean in a long time and we have had others in before her. She came out and did an initial visit prior to the first cleaning to talk through what we expected and to explain how she worked. The rate is great and her work is above all expectations.

Melissa was amazing! She was prompt, professional, friendly and made my house look and feel brand new again. I have been in property management for both residential and commercial properties for over 25 years and she has got to be one of the best and most detailed individuals when it comes to cleaning I have ever met.
