We have had Jerry and his team do multiple projects on our house and would absolutely highly recommend them. Back in April 2020, Maitland did an outside AC unit, inside evaporator coil, and a gas new furnace. He gave me quality equipment and a great value for the labor. The big companies that most people know around Richmond were one and a half to two times his price. His employees wore mask because of the COVID-19 and kept things clean. Jerry and his team did a better job than the original equipment installation in my house which is 20 years old. In June 2020 they installed a new hot water heater which I Purchased from Lowe’s and installed it In a very timely manner and it was done better than before. His employees Matt and Brandon could not have been better. They cleaned up on both jobs and you would never know they were here. Contact Maitland Mechanical for your home repair needs and they will take care of you like family. I will certainly use them again. By the way, they arrived early to each call.
