I met with Drew Ransone to get an estimate for the proposed work and go over exactly what he had in mind. He was very knowledgeable about the local regulations and wanted to ensure we did everything by the book to remain in compliance with the Bay Act and other regulations that keep our Chesapeake Bay and tributaries thriving. He walked us through the property to show us all of the trees we would be allowed to remove due to disease or due to other factors that made them a threat to our home. He explained why certain trees could not be removed and discussed how he would raise the limbs by about 20' to give us a much clearer view of the water. They were quick to send an estimate shortly after our site visit and included a start and finish time. They started on time, finished ahead of schedule, and were spot on with their original estimate. The team from Chesapeake Tree Services was really good to work with. Their arborist is very knowledgable and took time to explain exactly how they were going to remove the tree. The left the job site clean which was a huge plus in my book. Everyone was professional and timely. The crew showed up on time and worked diligently to finish the project as quickly and efficiently as possible. Crane operator is incredibly talented and the entire crew was polite, professional and friendly. There was no time wasted and the job was finished as scheduled. I was very impressed by the professionalism and customer service I received from CTS. I will definitely use them in the future for any job where I need a crane as well as any tree related job.
