TMP was a suggestion from my insurance agent, and it turned out to be a bad suggestion. The crew was well mannered and appeared professional at first, but I could tell they did not know what they were doing, within the first few days of the project. The work was sub-par, with mis-measuring, and low quality materials. I did not waste any time replacing them with a company a have hired before. TMP was well meaning, but simply did not have the skill to do this job correctly.
