"[Member name removed], we value you as a repeat customer and are very sorry to hear your displeasure with our plumbing services for the large insurance claim you experienced last year. It appears your total out of pocket was quite a bit more than our plumbing bill, but given the scope of damage and the need for multiple contractors, that is understandable. The above mentioned door frame was removed prior to our arrival and our plumbers politely deferred to the contractor that began the carpentry work, in an effort to maintain work connectivity and tradesman expertise.
