Merry Maids of Hopewell

Started out with what seemed to be a good consultation. First team cleaning went fairly well. I have to have certain areas retouched, eg. bathrooms, kitchen... Second visit crew showed up 3-1/2 hrs later without out a called. When I called the owner, she acted as surprised, and did not know where they were. I later found out they went to another unknown call before mine. Owner was not honest about what happen. One of the crew members had great trouble receiving feedback about cleaning. Her general attitude was poor. She would say she completed something when it was apparent to me it was not done, or done poorly. I wondered how well she was trained, especially after I saw her cleaning, especially the bathroom without gloves! I quit service after 2nd encounter! The entire experience was a great GREAT disappointment.
