got charged of $400 and the pro never came back. The telephone # and phone # is not legit all the information was bogus. He estimate and after they disconnected.

I live in Henrico, VA. They were late and didn't call to let me know, making it hard for me to plan my day. They did more than other washers for the deck, in that they included the furniture. Cleaned window screens at no charge as long as I removed them and reinstalled them. Windows looked great, including sills. Back of townhome looks great. I had to wait about 2.5 weeks, after calling end of April for these services, which isn't too bad that time of year. My deck is 9' x 20', and it is hard to find someone willing to clean one so small. I was glad to find a company able to do deck, back of home, and windows. It's a hassle having to schedule services separately.

They have always done a nice job, can be a little challenging to get scheduled because they are so busy, but be patient. The service and cost are worth a little wait.

I like that this guy does a great job and is very careful about the way that he works. He is efficient, is prompt and hard working about getting the work done. This guy also does a great job keeping my home and landscaping in good condition while doing the work.

Clay's is not a large company. They are small. They really do excellent work though. My windows looked so good after they were done. I think they are the best around and I sure would use them again. They did such a good job for me that I saved their business card and everything.

He did a great job; no complaints!
