Description of Work: On this occasion, Wiygul mounted and balanced 2 tires, checked the alignment, and then inspected the vehicle, as required by the State of Virginia. All work was done promptly and appears to be of high quality. The vehicle drives well and passed inspection with the tire installation.

Description of Work: I own an 2006 Kia Sorento. It needed everything done, except transmission/engine work. However, the engine had to be removed in order for them to fix and replace:Timing Belt/Water Pump; Belt Set; Crank Position Sensor; Tighten Park Brake. For me this was very costly. But the only thing I have to compare the cost is with the dealership, which would run between $1900.00 and $2000.00 bracket. But WIGUL'S workmanship and patience you'll find nowhere else. They are excellent, convenient and will pick you up and drop off. Sheila Woods, Herndon

Description of Work: I have been taking my car to WIYGUL for many years (I started going there when they were Herndon Automotive). I wouldn't trust my vehicle with anyone else. Over the years I have found them to be very honest and accurate in diagnosing my car's problems. The staff behind the counter are consistently pleasant and very helpful; and the mechanics in the back are extremely knowledgeable and personable and are great at fixing whatever the problem may be. Great group of people. I would highly recommend them.

Description of Work: I dropped my car off for an oil change and was notified that both my air filter and my cabin air filter were dirty and needed to be replaced. I asked to make sure that the guy really checked to make sure that the cabin air filter was bad. I was told - yes, he did. Actually, there was a new cabin air filter in the glove box because I could not figure out how to get in back into the spot where it was supposed to go. So...not sure what filter he checked because the one that was dirty was thrown out and the new one was just sitting in there. They did ask if I wanted to have my good air filter installed and I said that would be great. But to tell someone they needed something when they really didn't either means they don't check the stuff and just hope to charge the person OR they just tell you you need something no matter what. I don't trust these guys at all after this. If you can't do the simple stuff right (or you are trying to squeeze extra money out of them) they don't need my business.

Description of Work: They changed the oil, oil filter, and rotated the tires. They called and stated that the rubber on the window wipers were falling off and needed to be replaced. All of this was done for around $55.00. Grading cost of work on an auto is difficult in that different places charge differently. We had our autos services at this location when it was called Herndon Automotive.

Description of Work: I have been using Wiygul's to service all three of my cars for several years now. They have always done great work, and have never recommended work that didn't need to be done. The car has always been ready when they said it would. Their prices are very reasonable, and they always go out of their way to honor their coupons and Groupons.
