It went very badly. We like Williams and Williams initially. The person we spoke to (Justin) did a good job coming up with a design. We called the references and did our homework. We payed the initial contract payment of $16,000+. They never started work. They promised to come, hired a tree firm to clear the area, but never began construction. We were left with a partially cleared backyard, trees removed, and a general mess. We have lost at least a year and are worse than when we started. We cannot recommend Williams and Williams.
