I have visited this Verizon Wireless store twice in the last few months to get help with two broken cell phones. Jamal is efficient, friendly, and did everything he could to help me. I know that several Verizon Wireless stores in the Northern Virginia area have poor reputations for customer service, but this store is not one of them!
