I like that their customer service is pretty good. What I don't like is that all of a sudden you have hidden charges on your bill. The price is not bad.

They are okay. We are having trouble getting access to something and they are tough to get someone.

We've used Verizon since we moved here in 2013. It's efficient. The service has been good. The service hasn't been an issue. I would recommend them to somebody else.

It's a bundle. It's slightly cheaper. It's one check I'm writing not 3. Variety of channels compare to Comcast. I didn't have any internet and wires had gotten pulled out. The person came out and re-do the box and it was free of charge. They do the job. They do what they are suppose to do.

I'm not happy with them because they won't bring their Fios to my street. My entire neighborhood around us has it, so I'm not happy about them. My neighbors and I have tried to get them to do it, but they won't. I don't really have a choice but to use them.

The technicians were very efficient and very nice. They gave me instructions on how to use the TV and remote. They were quick and very clean. When they were drilling holes, they had a little dustbuster to take away the mess that they made. I think they went beyond when they put in the plugs for me. I did have difficulty with the phone and they adjusted it right away.

.Overall, the materials I use are very problematic, however, their technical support is very responsive and very helpful every time I use them. Verizon as a whole seems to have several problems, but I usually have no problem fixing those when calling their technical support.
