 + -1 moreSnooty customer service. Bullyish. When furniture was placed on my carpet, four black spots and dirt were imprinted on my carpet. The console legs were piled in dirt and the paint had leaked immediately on to my carpet. Carpet cleaner confirmed the spots left on my carpet were from the furniture paint. Difficult to remove spots and owner will take no responsibility. Lousy customer service! What kind of furniture store does not offer delivery? Who picks up a 200 pound console? Careless treatment of the console resuleted in permanent staining on my carpet
Description of Work: I waited 8 weeks for a "custom" console. They left a message when my furniture arrived. They wanted my credit card over the phone when I called them back. They said I had 7-10 days to pick up my furniture. I asked about delivery and they said I should pick it up or they were going to return it. I had already put down a $500 deposit. The furniture weighed 200 pounds so I asked them to deliver it. They finally got me a delivery person.
