For all inquiries, please call or text (703) 281-4185. Will not respond to emails or messages through the message center. We have been serving Northern Virginia since 1992. We have Virginia class B license for projects up to $120,000, but will do virtually any project or repair inside you home. We do have a $175 minimum house call fee that includes the first hour of work. After that it is $75 per hour fee for smaller projects. Larger projects are based on a lower hourly rate which is included in the over all project estimate. The cost is generally determined by the job but some areas such as exterior carpentry may be billed hourly due to the unpredictable nature of the work. We may find more work up close or underneath visibly damaged areas. All employees speak English well. We are also able to communicate in Spanish, Cechua or Italian (just in case). We are covered by general liability insurance, disability insurance, workers comp, and heath insurance. I treat my employees and my customers, in the same manner I wish to be treated myself. We have been Angies list supper service award winners for the past 11 years. We care about our workmanship and our customers and I think that is reflected in our awards. Thank you for considering us for your projects.

"We really enjoyed the project and look forward to working with you in the future. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. It was a such a pleasure to see your wife come home and immediately start mixing on her new bakers block counter top."
"Mr. [Member Name Removed], My apologies, I'm not sure what happened. I'm glad you were able to find the help you needed. Thank you for taking the time to give valued feedback."
"My apologies but I don't have any record of having heard from you."
"Wow, funny how friendliness and admiration can be misunderstood. I asked questions about the investment property because I had been considering looking at investment property as a new business model myself. I was asked to repair popping tiles on a kitchen floor that had only been done for a short time. I only criticized someone some one else workmanship as I was explaining how the floor was so bad that it had to be redone. How to avoid the problem in the future. I am sorry If I offended you."
"Thank you"
"My apologies for the the delays. One of my lead workman had an accident and was unable to work for over a month. Of course with a small company this caused some serious delays and scheduling issues. He has now fully recovered and returned to work. Thank you for taking the time to give feedback"
"Thank you for the report."
"Since we don't do appliance repair the D rating seems a little harsh. I have tried to get Angies List to remove appliance repairs category from our list of services but they are unable since apparently I was able to help some folks along the way. Maybe they considered changing a dryer vent appliance repair. My apologies on behalf of Angies List for misleading info about my company servicing appliances. Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback."
"Just to clarify. We did a small repair that saved thousands and then were invited back to do two large bath renovation projects. We finished the bath renovations in a timely manner and have received several referrals. Thank you for for the referrals."
