Very well. The installation was A plus. Work was done in one day instead of the scheduled two, and the men cleaned up the entire area, answered all questions, and even helped move some heavy furniture for us!

Design was spot-on. Had one small problem with shelve size in one closet and they took care of it promptly. Was very happy with their service. I had used their services in a previous home and was well satisfied. They are super professional and courteous.

Christine Wiott came out to the house very soon after my call, completely understood our problem, and offered a brilliant solution. Todd Carter, the company owner, also came to assess the floor personally. He was very responsive to our needs and answered our questions fully. All team members were personable, helpful, efficient and professional. Dylan and the crew arrived on time, the work was completed on schedule (3 days because the water barrier adds a day), and the price was excellent. Our floor is beautiful, has a 20 year guarantee, and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Tailored Living as a company. They work closely with their customers and are available every step of the way. Their goal is to do the job right and have happy clients. They are magnificent!

It went perfectly form start to finish. Todd and his team are a real pleasure to work with.
Todd showed up on time, as promised to provide an estimate and comprehensive review of how he and his team would work with us. In the initial meeting he sketched out some ideas and asked lots of questions on how we would utilize the various spaces.
Promptly afte rour initial meeting, I received 3D redesigns and proposals. I then discussed all the questions I had and once we agreed on the plan, the installation was planned and carried out in one day for each project.
Installers were clean, courteous, and true professionals.
I felt very comfortable with Tailored Living and would not hesitate in using them in the future. With any franchise, they are only as good as their owners, this is truly a special one. The definitely "get it" and are executing it all perfectly! THANKS!

I hired Tailored Living to design and install a closet system for 1 reach in closet in my guest bedroom in May 2015. This is the second

time that I have used Tailored Living and again the process and results were excellent. I worked with Libby Crangle and she provided exceptional customer service in all regards. The whole experience was excellent, the installation was on schedule and the process was smooth and they did a great job. After the job was complete I realized that I had mistakenly overlooked a shelf when I reviewed the design. After emailing Libby, she hand delivered a custom shelf to my front door the same day for no charge even though the mistake was mine. Top notch customer service and I highly recommend Tailor Living.

I hired Closet Tailors (now Tailored Living) to design and install closet systems for 2 reach in closets in my master bedroom in 2009. I worked with Caroline Morel (no longer with the company) and she was great to work with. The whole experience was excellent, and they were very competitive on pricing compared to quotes that I received from other companies. The installation was on schedule and the process was smooth and they did a great job. Six Years later and the closets have held up perfectly and still look new. I highly recommend Tailored Living.

Its not often that we undertake a project like this and come out the other side feeling completely taken care of, but that was the case here.
Scheduling the first visit with Libby was quick and easy.  She answered all my questions at that time, and came back quickly with a first plan.   we went through some iterations in plans that were handled quickly, and culminated with a visit to the office to look at samples and pick hardware.
When the final price came in we were please with how Libby had listened to what was important to us and worked out a viable plan.  We agreed to the price and the work was scheduled for about two weeks out.
When installation time came I was very pleased with the crew over the two days.   They took time to protect our walls/doors/floors and completed the install in the expected time frames.  Kevin even did a little extra trim work that wasn't included in the contract, but that would have been a challenge for me to get right.
When the install was complete, we were thrilled with the amount of hanging space, but also determined we each needed to make an adjustment - trade a little shelf space for drawer space.  I spoke with Libby and she came back quickly with an adjustment cost to get exactly what we wanted.   Two weeks later the new drawers were installed and we are very happy - not just with the closets but the entire process of working with Libby and Tailored Living.  

I love their promptness and friendliness.  Everything about them was very good.  They worked with their customer.  Everything was very clean in terms of not just when they did the job but when speed counting. Thoroughness was all top notched.

We use the first-level room of our townhouse as an office but it also has a full bath and closet.  Since we also want this to serve as a guest room sometimes (and maybe a third bedroom), we needed a design versatile enough to hold office supplies but also hang clothes and store folded clothes.  Barbara was very patient with us working through multiple designs.  We are very happy with the one we finally picked.  There is a large open space at the left side big enough to hold my drum set (packed away), with a bar to hang clothes if necessary.  Most of the shelves house my more than 700 books, while other shelves hold office supplies and misc. items. The shelves on the far right side are adjustable/removable so we can also make that into a bigger storage space if need be.  The shelving is sturdy, made with quality materials, and allows us to maximize the space.  I hired Tailored Living a few years ago to help us make the most of the small closets in our master bedroom.  This installation was another great experience from start to finish. Overall, the communication with the Barbara and the front office was excellent.  The installer showed up on time and was done in no more than three hours.  Tailored LIving is a little pricey, but not so far out of the range of similar providers.  It is very good quality and the company deserves high marks for professionalism and customer service.   These guys really know what they're doing, and do it well.  I would go with them again.

They were very good. I liked them a lot. They returned calls and they were responsive. They did a good quality job. They came on time for the appointment.

Installation was done with minimal disruption. Materials were first rate....team very professional. Used Tailor Living for two walk- in closets several years ago...that work was basis for going back to them...would highly recommend this firm to all.

This was our first significant home renovation project so we were a bit hesitant.  Todd and his colleagues put us at ease, impressed us with their design, and executed on time and within budget.  We would do it again without hesitation.  It was an easy process and completely worth it.

I prefer to trade with local businesses whenever possible, so when Tailored Living rated highly, I didn't hesitate.  And I was not disappointed.  We communicated mostly via email, and all my interactions were prompt and polite.  My schedule is not very flexible, and they were able to work with me.  Martha came to my house on a Saturday, looked in my closets, took lots of measurements, made me count my shoes (now there was a real eye-opener) and then sat at my dining room table with her computer and built my closet in a CAD program while I watched.  I gave her my budget, told her I needed a goodly amount of shelves for folded clothes, wanted drawers, and wanted it to look like furniture and not an Ikea job gone wrong.  She started with the basic design of shelves and rods and 5 drawers in descending size.  Then I looked over her shoulder and together we added a floor with toe-kicks, and then crown moulding.  Then we added glass front doors to the shelves above the drawers.  Then I decided I wanted more shelves so she replaced one hanging space with shelves.  Then we moved and tweaked a few more times.  When all was said and done, it was a scant two hundred dollars over my budget, but it was worth it to me to get something that looks wonderful and meets my needs. I should add that I did not choose any up-line items or finishes; I made my selections from the standard offerings.  It took just over 90 minutes.  When it came to installation, they gave me a two-hour window for the installers (8 - 10), but they arrived just after 8AM.  They were quiet, careful, respectful, and very pleasant to deal with.  They finished earlier than I expected, and cleaned up after themselves when they left.  It was the least intrusive any tradesmen have been in a very long time.  I am enormously pleased with Tailored Living, and will certainly use them in the future if I have the opportunity.  I have already recommended them to several friends.

They made a a big walk-in closet space more efficient, created space that had not been used and I now have more room for storage, they will work on my Laundry room closet soon.

The service was great.  I was coordinating the service from out of state as i was moving into a new home and they made the move easier by working with us.  I scheduled an appointment during a time when i knew i would be in the local area to get an estimate and then scheduled the service prior to my move in date to the home.  They were very accommodating the entire time.  The garage looks great and I couldn't of asked for a better service provider. I would highly recommend this company for your service needs.

We had a fabulous experience with them. We've already recommended them a couple of times. The price was fair. We actually weren't here when they installed it.

It was outstanding, phenomenal, great! I recommend them highly. They were prompt and efficient. They did a great job. They are priced fairly. There is no bad thing to say. There was nothing they did wrong. Last week was very inexpensive. They just put up a couple of bike racks in the garage. They added to the organization they had done in the garage. So last week was just $200. Overall, we've probably spent about $4000 or $5000 with them.
