SUPREME POOL SERVICE

Supreme pool did an excellent job -- delivered the project on time, on budget, and without damaging all the plantings around the pool area. I highly recommend Supreme. Hard working, communicative, responsive, and dedicated to doing a great job!

Supreme did a great job. They were reasonable priced and the owner was there for all of the important milestones. They are very responsive, making sure that when I ask for something by a specific time I can depend on them to have it done. I will continue to use them for my pool service!

I've used this pool service to open and close my pool a couple of times and they are NOT reliable in terms of showing up when they said they would. They did some supplemental repair work (this spring at opening) which had to be redone (electrical breaker) because they wired it wrong and I had to call a real electrician to come do it right.
They did swap out a flow valve for the backwash which worked OK, so some things they can do.
They were supposed to come by last Wednesday and close the pool but never showed up, never called, never texted, nothing. They've done this before (last year closing and this year opening) and have proven unreliable.
These aren't bad people, but it is very much a fly by night job. They try their best I'm sure, but they are not the A-team players I was looking for. So now I'm trying other pool companies on Angie's list. I don't recommend this one.

I have used this company a lot and Milton, the owner, is really good. I feel like he is honest and will not do more than is necessary to get the work done. I have had the pool for 22 years and I have come across quite a few. He is one that I stick with because he is really trustworthy and good. His pool opening price includes the hard cover and the spa. He is very responsive and reliable because either he or his workers come and take a look at my pool. I felt like he was a good value so the quality for the cost was high.

The job was very professional from beginning to end. The crew knew exactly what to do and did it with great detail and care.
The job was completed on schedule and it turned a 30 year old pool into a new pool. I would definately use them again and will hire them to close my pool this fall.

They're outstanding.

They worked quickly and got our pool all wrapped up for the winter. The owner let us know about a valve from the pool drain that definitely needed to be replaced before freezing weather (our pool is 20+ years old). We were very appreciative of this preventive maintenance -- it cost an additional $120 for that. Sure beats a burst valve this winter!

We plan to use this company next year. Will try them if our hot tub needs maintenance. The owner is very responsive and easy to talk to.

I like the owner. He is always accessible and is a nice guy. He seems to work well and so does his staff. I would recommend them to others. They are professional.

They do the regular pool maintenance for us. They do a good job. They are professional. They show up on time. They seem to know what they are doing. They explain what they are doing. We are satisfied with the job. We have contacted them to continue their services. The total expenditure will be about $2000.
