Originally took it to Sterling Autobody in November for front end body damage repair. Took several weeks to get the parts in and then installed. After initial review of their work I found 16 items that were not satisfactory, several being major and very evident. They said they would fix the issues but it took a second round of discussion to finally get it right for the most part. Biggest complaint was the use of an after market front grill that did not match the original at all and did not even fit properly. I was even able to pull it off with a slight tug! They took several more weeks to get the correct parts in, while I searched the internet and found it within a few hours. But because of store policy they had to go through their channels to get the parts. Eventually got the vehicle completed in late spring. Repainting job was very good and was by far the best part of the repair so if you want panting they did a great job. The rest was so so and I should not have had to keep going back and forth with them to get it right in the first place.

I appreciate their honesty in discussing my options for repairing the damage to my minivan, including option of not fixing the damages and what that would mean long-term. They encouraged me to call my insurance company to see if they would cover the work even though the damage happened a long time ago. And the best - they successfully re-attached the right rear bumper that was hanging off its tracks. Another auto body place had said it couldn't be re-attached and they would have to get it in the shop and take it off and do some work to the tune of $500. Sterling did it in 5 minutes for free. If I choose to get the other damages repaired, I will definitely return to Sterling.

One of their estimators greeted me immediately and was outstandingly friendly, making me feel very welcome. The insurance provided me with a car for the week it was being done and the car rental folk were actually there in the same shop, so there was no hassle going to get a car. They called me a couple of times to give me status on my car i believe it was ready withn a day of when they originally promised it. When it came time to get my car back, I got a call from insurance saying I needed to return the car that afternoon, which was just not feasible. Sterling made sure I was not charged for the rental. The job looks beautiful. The paint matches exactly. You cannot tell that work was done. The price for the door was half the cost of a quote I had in another city a couple years ago when that damage was done. I cannot say enough how positive the experience was.

They had really good customer service and they kept me updated on the progress of my car. Compared to another estimate I had done they were very reasonable and they were less expensive although their customer service was above and beyond. They did a good job; my car looks great and their customer service was fantastic. I will use them again in the future.

The repair went extremely well. The intake clerk was very courteous and thoroughly examined the damage. I was given regular updates. When the repairs were complete there was no longer any sign of damage.
