I have been going there 3 or 4 years. It is well equip, well maintained and convenient to my home. I have a family membership, it is $100 a month. It has a pool, steam room, sauna, all the exercise equipment, free weights and racket ball.

Sport & Health Clubs is a quality gym. They have a pool, weight training, basketball courts, and various classes. I will give them a "B" on everything.
