Short Solutions

I have used Paul's services on several occasions. He is very responsive, patient, and goes above and beyond. And his charges are more than reasonable; I know how much time he puts into his work, and always expect to be charged much more.

While this latest visit was routine, Paul has been advising me and solving my computer problems for more than five years.  I have always been highly satisfied with the results.

He has kept me current by his recommendations for hardware, especially as on the occasions when it became necessary to move to a new computer. In that case he facilitated my purchase by providing information regarding various systems that might best serve me.  Similarly he made certain that I obtained the appropriate software suited to my needs and the proper level of security.

Paul has always been easily accessible and reasonable with his cost. He was quick to respond in cases where I believed I had a problem that I felt might be serious.   I hope to retain him for his services indefinitely in the future.

It did not work because of the Microsoft Outlook calendar version I had on my PC.  This was confirmed by the office/engineers of Apple's Executive Office.

Paul manages to resolve even the thorniest computing issues.  I have full confidence in his abilities and have recommended him to neighbors and friends.

I have used Paul for years.  I know very little about computers and when I have a problem, I call him and he comes and fixes it, period.  I totally trust him and have referred him to two friends who are equally thrilled with his service.  I have never called him for an issue which he didn't resolve.  I think it's wonderful that he comes to my home and I don't have to pack up the computer and take it somewhere and wait for days...or weeks.  One and done...that's Paul Short.
