+ -1 moreAll of the workers were extremely polite and very capable. All of Mr Rizzo's suggestions were very good and the resulting work was excellent. As a result of this experience we have hired them to do more for us in the future. The results were more than we expected. The cost was very reasonable and true to Mr Rizzo's estimates
Description of Work: Mr Rizzo was hired to do a number of tasks for us -- as we update our house. He and his team painted the exterior or our house, including shutters, windows, doors, trim and siding and also did some necessary, and extra (requested) carpentry -- we had a bay window that needed more outside support. They also did substantial painting in the interior of our house. They gutted and rebuilt our master bathroom -- a stand alone shower -- including extensive tiling. The plumbing work was subcontracted.

+ 0 moreThey gave me a subcontractor that provided the iron railings and I would give him a high rating also. The carpentry work was $1700 and the iron railing was $2800. I've used him before and he came through again. He did a fine job. He was a little delayed in coming but when he came he completed the whole job. I would certainly use him again.
Description of Work: I used Rizzo Construction for some carpentry work. They did front porch reconstruction. He put in a wooden deck with a mahogany top. He took out an old steel framed porch that had rusted through.

+ 0 moreRizzo responded promptly to my request for an estimate. His appraisal of the work to be performed and of the best methods to repair the damage were appropriate. The proposed cost was reasonable. He and his crew arrived as scheduled and completed the work (in one day) as scheduled.
Description of Work: Garry Rizzo and his crew replaced rotted siding and wooden trim. They repaired woodpecker holes in the siding. They repainted the siding and trim. All the work was accomplished in one day.
