Richard Lowman Piano Tuning and Service

Richard arrived right on time. Went to work and made a dramatic improvement in the sound and feel of our piano. I'm not an expert! But what he did was adjust the pitch and oil the keys which were not rebounding properly. His price was $50+ cheaper than the next closest quote I got in the area.

Mr. Lowman replied promptly to our Angie message inquiry regarding available services and associated fees. He also offered his business phone number for us to call, if we decided to schedule a tuning. We did and were very pleased that he was able to answer our questions and schedule an appointment with us in a timely fashion. Mr. Lowman arrived promptly on the day of service, meticulously tuned our piano, even fixed one key that had recently begun to stick, and very kindly offered suggestions to my inquiry on how best to clean the soundboard without damaging it. Not only did he speak from experience, Mr. Lowman went above and beyond by taking the time to actually wipe the soundboard area clean. He ended his service call with a lovely expert from Pachelbel's Cannon. His fees were as stated and our piano sounds terrific. We will definitely request him for our next tuning appointment.

Mr. Lowman was able to schedule a tuning on short notice. He was right on time, was very pleasant and made my ancient piano sound wonderful. His price was reasonable. I would definitely call on him again.

Mr. Lowman is always prompt, courteous, well dressed in business casual, very professional, and very pleasant. One of my favorite aspects of Mr. Lowman's piano tuning is his test playing at the conclusion of the job. Nice. Note, we always keep our pets out of the way and our house quiet while Mr. Lowman is working.
