We hired PHI and Basem and his team is very professional. We built a home theatere, put dry wall in rec room, remodeled bath rooms, replaced carpet with wood floor, built multi-layer storage shelves, replaced thermostat with nest, painting, and few other tasks and the work was completed to our satisfaction and on-time and the price was reasonable.

We were selling our home and purchasing a new one- we needed someone to fix the punch list of repairs for the one we were selling and help us make improvements to the home we were buying. PHI was quick to reply to our request on home advisor and came out immediately to give us estimates on both. Basam and his crew are friendly, hard-working and very professional. The work they performed included painting rooms, installing toilets, sinks, new french doors in the kitchen, installing ceiling fans, several light fixtures and some plumbing and electrical work and much more. We are very pleased with the work performed on both homes. When issues came up, Basam was quick to come up with solutions that worked. He and his crew are friendly, professional and get right to work- no standing around looking at cell phones or taking several breaks. We highly recommend PHI if you are in need of high quality handyman work.

I contracted with PHI to repair & paint a wall, grout a bathtub, replace rotten fence boards, and install new wiring for an outdoor light that required wiring under a sidewalk and into the house and connecting with a 2nd outdoor light. The electrical work was subcontracted to Tower Electric and PHI did all wall repairs required to bring the wiring inside. The lighting was a tough job that was very professionally completed in all respects. The wall painting required extra sanding/painting because wall was too cold, but all was excellently completed. Reasonable cost under $1500 total included all materials. Excellent work, professional men

Mr. Haq inspected the home I purchased in March. It is now June, and there have been no surprises. He patiently explained things to me as we went through the house together and let me know what to expect, and so far he has not been wrong. Scheduling was easy, he arrived when he was supposed to, and didn't try to double the price when I told him I had an extra kitchenette in the basement. Excellent service at a good price.
