I think that they are fabulous. Things may have changed in lots of gun stores here lately, but for a lot of years as a younger woman I would walk into a gun store and it would take me awhile to be taken with any degree of seriousness or to be treated by any fashion that I would consider warm and welcoming. Every time I have ever walked into Nova Armaments they have treated me with a warm and welcoming attitude. They have treated me with respect. When I have asked for help or information they have never ever talked down to me like, hey, everybody knows that what's wrong with you, kind of thing. They have always been very respectful and extremely helpful. Anytime I meet a woman that is the least bit interested I always send them to Nova Armaments. It may be a drive but it is well worth it. It is a small store but that doesn't matter. If they don't have it, they will help you find it.

The husband stated the spouse had gone to her office for the day. The reviewer questioned the husband regarding several providers the member had researched or maybe had used: Blueline Builders, Integrity Homes projects, or ackron for kitchen and bathroom remodeling, painting by Jerry Wynn for wallpaper removal , Murphy Brothers designer and remodeling for carpetry, wood working, or gutter repair / replacement. Denture labs for dentistry, certified nursing assistants for home health care or home health aides, Hearing Aids for ears, nose, or throat. The reviewer questioned the member regarding who he has used for car services i.e, car painting, transmission, or restoration. Tanning salon? The member then stated he works at home and does not have time for any more questions.

The whole experience was great! The folks working in the shop have a great deal of knowledge and are willing to share (and without overdoing it). They expressed genuine curiosity about the firearms, which are a bit older.
At no charge, they also cleaned up a rusty spot on one firearm. They also helped me in selection of the right ammunition. All in all, I will be happy to return for more purchases in the future.

Great service, I stopped going to gun shows just so I could support this
local business. I enjoy the service and support these guys give. They
are cool to the newbies and experts. I think all of the employees strive
to be professional and courteous. So much so, they have had my repeat
business.
The prices are nothern VA prices, so a little steeper compared to traveling out of the area.

They are wonderful. They are the nicest people. It's like a small home-town general store except its main product is firearms. They are low key and very female friendly. They are very low pressure and they are very informative; it's a very comfortable environment.

Things go very well with this company and I recommend them. They are knowledgeable and very good to do business with.

I like some of the employees because they are very nice and they help you out to make a choice. It just depends on the person you get. They are professional and quick with viewing everything.
