 + -1 moreThe guys are very friendly, and very nice. I had a loan and they had everything set up in a couple of hours, normally takes up to two days. They don't charge you any ridiculous fees and you can use your ATM card in all the 7/11 ATM's. So overall they are very good. Their interest rates are very similar to other banks as well.
Description of Work: I use Nortwest Federal Credit Union - Herndon Branch for my regular banking.

 + -1 moreThey do not charge me a banking fee. I have been using them for 20 years. They never make mistakes and always do what they say they are going to do. They have competitive rates and are secure. If you live in northern Virginia they are rather accessible.
