NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE

.I got it built about three years ago.  You have to do your underwrite and everything. They have different representatives in there its really simple. It was my first time buying from them, I like the lady that was selling the house. I like everything she had to offer she was very good. If someone was to ask if that the way to go I would tell them to definitely do it.

Nationstar reported my payment as late to the credit bureaus and my credit dropped by over 100 points.  All of my credit cards have sent notices that my interest rates are going up due to this change.  When i called Nationstar they submitted the information including how the representative told me not to mail in another check to their credit resolution deparment.  They denied my claim in a letter and told me the representative would never have told me not to mail another check.  I called and pleaded my case to a supervisor who still stated there was nothing she could do to help.  The worst part is i cannot even drop the company for another year until i show steady mortgage payments again since they dropped my credit low enough that i cannot refinance.  I am stuck with them until i raise my score up enough again with no way to achieve resolution.  I did not choose this company and never would my loan was sold to them by Bank of America.  I would not recommend them to anyone ever and i work in the home mortgage industry.
