MAY BE ADVERTISING AS FOLLOWS: My Appliance Guy LLC (571) 639-6742 - given by Cinch Home Warranty and used on work order My Appliance Guy LLC 1209 Cypress Tree Place; Herndon, VA 20170; (703) 342-8610 - found in Google search My Appliance Guy LLC 3504 Quatman Avenue; Parkville, MD 21234; (443) 677-7171 - found in Google search Cinch Home Warranty gave our job to My Appliance Guy after the first company failed to repair our washing machine. Mak diagnosed it 9/30/20 and said it would be about 10 days until parts came in. I called 10/8 and he asked me to text our name and address. I did as requested and NO REPLY. I called 10/13 and received text to send our name and address again. I did as requested and NO REPLY. On 10/14 I sent follow-up text to Mak. He replied he was checking on parts, we were approved for new washer, and send pictures with model number and features. I did as requested and NO REPLY. Today I contacted Cinch to resolve this issue. He contacted them 10/3 and it was determined replacement was preferable to repair. They sent him an email 10/5 requesting additional information and HE NEVER REPLIED. This was 3 days after visiting our home and 3 days before I contacted him. They were able to contact him while I was on the phone this morning and he said he would send the information this afternoon. I do not believe he will.
